SON Applauds Hon. Yahuza Ado Inuwa’s Appointment as Standards Council Chairman

The Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) has officially congratulated Hon. Yahuza Ado Inuwa on his appointment as Chairman of the Standards Council of Nigeria, announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.

A distinguished administrator and respected statesman, Hon. Inuwa is recognised for his integrity, extensive experience, and visionary leadership. His appointment arrives at a pivotal moment as SON intensifies efforts to promote standardisation, quality assurance, and industrial competitiveness in Nigeria, aligning with both national and international best practices.

Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwunonso Okeke, SON’s Director General and Chief Executive, expressed confidence that Hon. Inuwa’s leadership will further strengthen SON’s mission to safeguard lives, promote locally made products, and foster a quality-driven economy.
