Lagos Governor to Lead Discussion at 10th Agrofood and Plastprintpack Nigeria 2025
The highly anticipated 10th edition of agrofood & plastprintpack Nigeria is set to kick off on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, with Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu serving as the keynote speaker. His participation underscores the state’s dedication to advancing industrialization, enhancing trade, ensuring food security, and promoting sustainable packaging solutions.
Running from March 25 to 27, 2025, at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, this international conference and trade exhibition will feature over 110 exhibitors from 13 countries, providing a unique platform for both global and local industry leaders to present innovative advancements in agriculture, food processing, plastics, printing, and packaging technologies.
As Africa’s fastest-growing megacity and the continent’s fifth-largest economy, Lagos is strategically positioned as a center for industrial growth and trade development. In 2023, Nigeria’s investment in food processing and packaging technology reached €304 million—ranking second only to South Africa—alongside €134 million in plastics technology.
