Peedeep Arcade Properties Increases Prices at Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, LASU-Ojo

Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited (PAPL) has announced an increase in the sales price per square metre for shop units at the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, located along the LASU–Ojo corridor in Lagos. The revised prices will take effect from January 2026.
The statement was signed by Funmi Odetola, Head of Marketing. It reads, “Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited appreciates the patience, understanding, and continued trust of its subscribers and stakeholders. We remain steadfast in our commitment to transparency, quality delivery, and long-term value creation.”
According to the company, the price adjustment is driven by current economic realities, including rising construction costs, statutory charges, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades necessary to provide a functional and sustainable commercial environment. “PAPL remains committed to ensuring that subscribers continue to receive commensurate value for their investments.” it disclosed.
New Price Structure
Ground Floor Shop Units
– New Price: ₦1,000,000 per square metre
– This reflects a 25% increase, inclusive of construction cost increases, Value Added Tax (7.5%), and infrastructure contributions (7.5%).
– New Price: ₦900,000 per square metre
– This reflects a 28.5% increase, inclusive of the same cost factors.
Furthermore the company said, “These prices are all-inclusive and reflect the expanded scope of construction and infrastructure development at Acada Arcade. As part of ongoing works, critical infrastructure projects—most notably the transformer installation—are currently underway to ensure a reliable and stable power supply for tenants and businesses within the complex.
