Carloha Nigeria Extends Award-Winning CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Package to New Energy Vehicles

Carloha Nigeria has expanded its award-winning CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Service Package to cover its growing range of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), reinforcing its commitment to providing customers with comprehensive after-sales support and a seamless ownership experience.
The move comes at a time when the adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles is steadily gaining traction in Nigeria. However, concerns surrounding maintenance costs, repair timelines, spare parts availability, and after-sales service continue to influence purchasing decisions among prospective buyers.
Industry observers note that while several New Energy Vehicle brands have entered the Nigerian market in recent years, many lack robust after-sales support structures, creating uncertainty about long-term ownership and vehicle reliability. As a result, some NEV owners have limited the use of their vehicles due to concerns over repair costs, downtime, and access to replacement parts.
To address these concerns, Carloha Nigeria has extended its acclaimed CarlohaCare 6-6-7 package to its New Energy Vehicle lineup. The package offers customers a six-year warranty, six years of free scheduled servicing, and a seven-day repair guarantee.
Under the seven-day repair commitment, any qualifying vehicle brought to a Carloha service centre will be repaired within seven days. Should repairs exceed the stipulated timeframe, customers will be provided with a courtesy vehicle to ensure uninterrupted mobility until their vehicle is returned.
The CarlohaCare programme has earned widespread recognition within the automotive industry. Its innovative customer-focused approach contributed significantly to Carloha Nigeria receiving the Most Outstanding Aftersales Car Company Award from the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA), a testament to the company’s dedication to raising customer service standards in the Nigerian automotive sector.
The extension of the package to New Energy Vehicles was announced during the media launch of the all-new Chery Tiggo 9 PHEV at Carloha Nigeria’s headquarters in Alapere, Lagos.
Speaking at the event, Dexter Li, Marketing Director of Carloha Nigeria, said the decision reflects the company’s confidence in the quality, durability, and reliability of its electric and hybrid vehicle offerings, while addressing one of the key barriers to NEV adoption in Nigeria.
“Consumers should be able to embrace the future of mobility with confidence,” Li said. “By extending the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 package to our New Energy Vehicles, we are providing customers with the assurance that their investment is protected by a robust support system designed to keep them on the road and minimise downtime.”

As Nigeria’s automotive industry continues its transition towards cleaner and more sustainable transportation solutions, Carloha Nigeria is positioning itself at the forefront of the shift by pairing innovative vehicle technologies with industry-leading customer support.
Through the expansion of the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 programme, the company aims to strengthen consumer confidence in New Energy Vehicles while setting new benchmarks for vehicle ownership and after-sales service in the Nigerian automotive market.
