MAGGI Launches “Taste of Christmas” Campaign, Partners with Qing Madi and The Loud Urban Choir

Nestlé Nigeria’s culinary brand, MAGGI, has announced its festive initiative, the “Taste of Christmas” campaign, aimed at capturing the vibrant sights, sounds, and flavors that define the Nigerian holiday season.

A highlight of the campaign is a collaboration with rising Nigerian pop sensation Qing Madi and the acclaimed Loud Urban Choir, culminating in a brand-new Christmas anthem titled “Taste of Christmas.” The track is now streaming across major platforms and seamlessly blends modern beats with cultural warmth, evoking the joy of family, unity, and communal feasts that are central to Christmas festivities.

Beyond music, the campaign will feature a 12-day series of curated festive recipes and culinary ideas. This includes innovative creations like Coco Bongus alongside traditional Nigerian favorites, inspiring families to try new flavors while enjoying MAGGI’s trusted seasonings.

Commenting on the campaign, Funmi Osineye, Category Manager, Culinary (MAGGI), shared:
“Christmas is a time when family, culture, and shared experiences come alive. With the Taste of Christmas campaign, we set out to create a platform that resonates strongly with today’s young adults while still celebrating the warmth of home. Partnering with Qing Madi and The Loud Urban Choir allows us to connect music and food in a way that feels authentic, modern, and deeply Nigerian.”

The initiative underscores MAGGI’s dedication to promoting local talent, fostering culinary innovation, and emphasizing food as a unifying element within Nigerian households.
