This year’s theme, **“A Decade of Disrupting New Media: Shaping Africa’s Future,”** marks a significant milestone for the conference, which was founded in 2015 by media entrepreneur Oluwatosin “Olori Supergal” Ajibade. Over the past decade, NMC has grown from a Lagos-based gathering into a pan-African platform, with previous editions held in Nairobi and Accra.

Highlights of the 2025 event include keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, and exhibitions spotlighting emerging startups and established brands in the digital sphere. A special feature will be the unveiling of **NMC 100**, a curated list celebrating 100 influential individuals and organizations that have transformed Nigeria’s digital media landscape over the last ten years.

Reflecting on the milestone, Ajibade expressed pride and optimism: “Reaching ten years is a testament to the vibrant ecosystem we’ve built. Our initial goal was to foster a space where media, technology, and creativity converge to shape Africa’s future. Today, that vision has grown bigger, bolder, and more interconnected than ever.”

The 2025 edition is proudly supported by the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Lagos Cultural Mission, ProvidusBank, Wakanow, Onburd, BlackHouse Media, ID Africa, and other partners.
