Rewarding Loyalty: Fidelity Bank’s GAIM 6 Draws Produce 20 New Millionaires, Reward Over 2,500 Customers

Fidelity Bank Plc has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting financial literacy and a savings-driven culture with the announcement of twenty new millionaires from its Get Alert in Millions (GAIM) Season 6 Savings Promo.

The seventh and eighth monthly draws took place at the bank’s Lagos headquarters, showcasing the bank’s ongoing efforts to reward loyal savers across Nigeria.

During the event, winners from the fourth, fifth, and sixth draws were also celebrated as prizes were formally handed over in a transparent process supervised by representatives from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and other regulators.

Dr. Ken Opara, Promo Chairperson and Executive Director for Lagos & South West, Fidelity Bank, represented by Chioma Nwankwo, Regional Bank Head, Lagos Central, emphasized the bank’s mission to foster financial resilience. She stated, “Fidelity Bank believes that responsible saving is the foundation of financial well-being. Through GAIM, we aim to motivate our customers to develop consistent savings habits while rewarding their loyalty.”

She added, “Our winners aren’t just recipients of cash prizes—they’re on a path to building secure financial futures. We also provide financial advisory support to help them grow their wealth and make informed financial decisions.”

The draws saw 10 winners each from the seventh and eighth cycles emerge from different regions across Nigeria, underscoring the widespread reach of the campaign. Conducted electronically and overseen by regulatory agencies, the process ensured fairness and transparency.

Among those awarded ₦1 million each during the event were beneficiaries like Stephanie Onome Gere, Itua Michael Ehinomen, Maduabuchi Kalu Anya, and Chioma Grace Nnodim. Chioma expressed her gratitude, saying, “This is a life-changing moment. I never imagined that consistent saving could lead to becoming a millionaire. I encourage Nigerians to open a Fidelity Bank account and start saving—you never know when your alert will come.”

As GAIM approaches its grand finale, the campaign has already disbursed approximately ₦85.4 million to over 2,500 customers through various draws, including ₦60 million to 60 winners, and special awards for students, NYSC members, women, workers, and children. Weekly consolation prizes and day-specific rewards have kept participants motivated throughout the campaign.
