Stanbic IBTC’s FUZE Returns with ₦90 Million in Prizes to Nigeria’s Next Generation of Creatives

Stanbic IBTC Holdings, part of the Standard Bank Group, is set to reignite its flagship youth empowerment platform, FUZE, as it returns for its fourth season. This dynamic initiative aims to spotlight Nigeria’s rising stars across multiple creative disciplines and foster a new wave of innovation and expression among young people.

Under the theme *The Ultimate Show*, the 2025 edition of FUZE promises a larger stage, increased impact, and more exciting opportunities for talented youth in four categories: music, dance, fashion, and technology.

Building on the success of previous editions, which saw winners share a ₦50 million prize pool, this year’s competition boasts a substantial ₦90 million in total prizes. The increased reward aims to propel winners’ careers and support their long-term ambitions.

Since its inception, FUZE has attracted over 18,000 entries, establishing itself as one of Nigeria’s premier platforms for discovering and nurturing young talent. This season, the platform integrates cultural storytelling, collaborative performances, and immersive digital experiences, elevating the competition to a global entertainment standard while staying rooted in Nigerian youth culture.

Participants and audiences can look forward to engaging in a viral remix challenge, a storytelling contest that enhances audience participation, and innovative show formats designed to celebrate Nigeria’s vibrant youth expression.

Olumide Oyetan, CEO of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, emphasized the organization’s dedication to youth development: “We are committed to initiatives that foster Nigeria’s socio-economic growth through youth empowerment. FUZE exemplifies this commitment by creating opportunities for talented young Nigerians to be discovered, nurtured, and elevated.”

Kunle Adedeji, Acting CEO of Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, added, “FUZE has always been about more than just performances. It’s about providing Nigerian youth with a credible and influential platform to showcase their potential.
