Vice President Shettima to Grace NECA’s 4th Nigeria Employers’ Summit

The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), Nigeria’s leading voice of business, is set to host the 4th edition of the Nigeria Employers’ Summit from Wednesday, June 25 to Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Abuja Continental Hotel in the Federal Capital Territory.
Under the theme “Enabling Sustainable Enterprise in a Transitioning Economy: Aligning Fiscal, Trade, and Regulatory Reforms for Rapid National Development,” the summit will cover key topics including tax policy, ESG and sustainability, trade and investment, and regulatory frameworks.
A major highlight will be the attendance of Nigeria’s Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, who will serve as the Special Guest of Honour. The event will also feature prominent industry leaders, policymakers, innovative executives, and forward-thinking experts.
Adewale Smatt-Oyerinde, NECA’s Director General, emphasized that the summit is more than just an event — it is a movement shaping Africa’s employment landscape. He stated that the summit offers a prime platform for CEOs, tech innovators, entrepreneurs, and HR leaders to network, gain insights into employment trends, explore technological advancements, and influence Africa’s economic workforce agenda.
