Zoho Expands Access to AI with Free Agentic Tools for Businesses

Zoho, a global technology company, announced the rollout of new agentic AI features across three core product categories—collaboration, customer experience, and human resources. Designed to boost productivity, automate routine tasks, and enable focus on higher-value activities, these features are now available at no additional cost across Zoho’s entire suite of business applications.

This announcement reinforces Zoho’s broader AI strategy, which includes Zia Hubs—a system that provides AI access to unstructured company data—and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model built specifically for business needs. Together with Zia, Zoho’s longstanding AI assistant, these innovations form the foundation of Zoho’s agentic AI approach—empowering businesses to derive deeper insights and greater efficiency from their data within Zoho’s ecosystem of over 55 integrated applications.

“Many businesses want to leverage AI, but face barriers such as high implementation costs, data challenges, and fragmented systems,” said Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria. “Zoho’s unified, homegrown technology stack removes these obstacles by enabling advanced AI features to be deployed automatically and at no extra charge. Our customers don’t need to invest in third-party tools—the technology simply arrives ready to work. This makes AI adoption practical, affordable, and impactful for businesses across the continent.”

Building on its existing AI ecosystem—including Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and the Agent Marketplace—these new agentic features allow users to perform complex, cross-functional actions. Examples include generating contracts from multiple files, checking team availability before scheduling meetings, or automatically converting sales queries from Zoho Mail into CRM leads, all without manual effort.

Within Zoho Workplace, the company’s collaboration suite, AI enhancements have been introduced across Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables. The upgraded Ask Zia assistant now supports multi-step commands across multiple applications, while Zoho Tables introduces AI Base Creation, enabling users to generate complete data structures from brief prompts. Additional AI-powered tools such as Keyword Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, and Language Detection help simplify data management and analysis.

In the customer experience segment, Zoho Desk—used by over 100,000 businesses worldwide—now features pre-built Zia Agents like the Resolution Expert, which learns from support ticket resolutions to improve future service. Zoho Sign, the secure digital signature platform, now includes Agreement Intelligence, allowing users to draft and query contracts using Ask Zia, eliminating the need for third-party tools.

In human resources, Zoho Recruit benefits from new agentic AI features that enhance candidate matching and assessment creation. Zia’s Candidate and Job Match tools analyze CVs and job descriptions for better hiring outcomes, while AI-Assisted Assessment Generation automatically creates tailored tests for each role—saving time and ensuring fair, efficient evaluations.
