McEnies Global Events Brings Smiles to Ibadan’s Children On Children’s Day 2025

Just hours ago, the lively city of Ibadan was transformed into a hub of joy and inspiration as it hosted the McEnies Children’s Day Ibadan Celebration 2025 at 12A, Saka Agbaje Street, Aare Bodija. This year’s event marked its second consecutive year, quickly establishing itself as a cherished annual gathering that uplifts children and families across the community. Organized by McEnies Global Events in collaboration with Perfect Clicks Signature, the celebration’s theme—“GIGGLES, GAMES & GREATNESS!”—captured the essence of the day’s festivities.
The celebration drew over 70 children and 40 adults, a notable increase from the previous year, reflecting growing enthusiasm and support for the event. The atmosphere was filled with contagious laughter, engaging games, and touching moments as young participants from diverse backgrounds united to celebrate their potential and inner greatness.
Dr. Omolaraeni Olaosebikan, CEO of McEnies Global Events, expressed her joy, saying, “Seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter of these children reminds us why we do this. Every child deserves to feel special, to recognize their worth, and to dream big. This event isn’t just a celebration; it’s a declaration that greatness resides in every child here.”
She further added, “We are deeply grateful for the increasing support and participation that have made this event a success year after year. It’s inspiring to see how the message of greatness resonates with the children, igniting confidence and hope within their hearts.”

Looking ahead, Dr. Olaosebikan shared her commitment: “We aim to make McEnies Children’s Day even more exciting each year. We will continue partnering with sponsors and organizations that share our passion for empowering children so that this celebration can become a lasting tradition for generations to come.”
A central feature of the event was the inspiring addresses delivered by distinguished speakers: Dr. Olayinka Abimbola Egbokhare, a Lecturer at the University of Ibadan’s Department of Communications and Language Arts, and the Very Reverend Abiodun Felix Ogunbisi from the Immanuel College of Theology and Christian Education, Ibadan. Both speakers engaged the young audience with warmth and wisdom on the theme “Greatness is in you,” encouraging children to embrace their individual uniqueness and the limitless possibilities ahead. Their messages planted seeds of self-belief and hope among the attendees.

The celebration also featured moving performances by children from Tabitha Home Orphanage and Kent Home, adding a heartfelt touch of community spirit and inclusion. Their talents reminded everyone present of the importance of shared joy and collective upliftment.
The event’s success was made possible through generous sponsorship from various partners. Fan Milk, a subsidiary of Danone, delighted children with their dairy products, while World Lilies Events Place, led by Mr. Abiodun Adediran Olatunji SAN, provided substantial support. Other sponsors included PG Security, Brain Center, Cake Zone Ibadan, Techrands online news platform, and McEnies Global Communications. Their contributions ensured a seamless, joyful, and memorable experience for all.
Participants’ reactions underscored the event’s impact. Ezekiel Amolegbe from Tabitha Orphanage shared, “I enjoyed every moment—the games, stories, and new friends. I can’t wait for next year!” Many parents echoed this enthusiasm. Mr. Olasunmbo Kehinde, who brought eleven children, remarked, “This was a wonderful event. It’s a day my children will always remember, and we’re already looking forward to 2026.” Ms. Olabode Abijo, with five children in tow, added, “The joy and lessons my children gained today are priceless. We’re already excited for next year’s celebration.”
As the day drew to a close, it was clear that the McEnies Children’s Day Ibadan Celebration has grown not just in number but in heart and significance. The future promises even more memorable, impactful experiences that nurture the minds, spirits, and souls of Nigeria’s young generation.
For the children of Ibadan, the message remains clear: greatness is within each of them, and this celebration serves as a joyful reminder of their boundless potential as they step into the future.
