Seasoned brand strategist and marketing consultant Dami Owolabi has launched BrandForge, a specialised mentorship and training platform aimed at helping marketers and entrepreneurs refine their strategic thinking, enhance brand execution, and achieve sustained business growth.

With over a decade of experience working across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Owolabi explained that the idea for BrandForge was born from a recurring realisation within the industry: talented individuals often struggle not due to a lack of ideas, but because of inadequate structured support and strategic clarity.

“People aren’t short of ideas,” he said. “They’re short on guidance. BrandForge is my response to that gap — a space where professionals can be refined, not just taught.”

He also credited inspiration from the film *The Forge*, which emphasised the importance of mentorship and personal transformation. “Real growth happens through fire and direction,” Owolabi remarked. “That message resonated deeply with the vision I had been developing for months.”

The programme offers a six-week, personalised mentorship experience involving weekly virtual sessions, ongoing support between meetings, and a post-program growth plan called the *BrandForge Blueprint*. Participants also gain access to an exclusive alumni community for continued support, networking, and accountability.

Targeting two main groups—under-mentored marketing professionals and growth-driven small business owners—Owolabi noted, “These are individuals who are doing the work but often don’t see the results or recognition they deserve.”

Unlike many generic mentorship schemes or webinar-based courses, BrandForge emphasises customised, practical guidance. Each participant’s journey is tailored to their specific goals and challenges. “We don’t just hand over slides; we work through your real-world business or career issues together,” Owolabi explained.

In addition to personalised mentorship, members benefit from virtual check-ins, industry-led sessions, in-person meetups in Nigeria and the UK, and curated business tools and templates.

Owolabi highlighted that BrandForge was created to address underlying structural issues within the marketing and entrepreneurial sectors, particularly the widespread lack of strategic support and feelings of isolation among professionals. He believes that by connecting insight to action, the programme can unlock sustainable growth for both individuals and the brands they serve.

The platform operates on a fee-based model, designed to be accessible for mid-level professionals and emerging entrepreneurs, though it is not a subscription service.

“This isn’t about content for content’s sake,” Owolabi emphasised. “It’s about meaningful transformation. That requires focus, intention, and the right guide by your side.”
