Nigeria International Trade Fair Returns to Lagos Nov 21–30
The Nigeria International Trade Fair (NITF) is making a highly anticipated return from November 21 to 30, 2025, at the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex. After several years of absence, the fair will relaunch under its original name and reaffirm its vital role as Nigeria’s premier national marketplace and a key gateway for West Africa’s cross-border trade. The 2025 edition will be themed “Trade, Technology and Transformation: Leveraging Digital Trade for Economic and Industrial Growth.”
As the official national trade platform sanctioned by the Federal Government, NITF 2025 will bring together a diverse mix of businesses, policymakers, investors, and international exhibitors from sectors such as textiles, electronics, agriculture, creative industries, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. The event will blend B2B networking with public engagement, fostering opportunities for deals, industry insights, and storytelling.
Building on the success of last year’s Commercial & Industrial Trade Fair, this edition aims to showcase Nigeria’s economic diversity and strengthen regional integration. The event will also highlight the country’s commitment to digital trade and industrial growth, aligning with national development goals.
Jumoke Oduwole, Nigeria’s Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, emphasized the importance of the event, stating, “Reviving the Nigeria International Trade Fair under its original banner is a strategic move to bolster Nigeria’s industrial and trade sectors. It is a testament to our dedication to building a more connected and prosperous economy that links Nigerian producers with global markets.”
Barr. Safiya Ndanusa, CEO of the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex Management Board, added, “This year’s fair will attract over 10,000 visitors over ten days, including delegates from multiple countries, with the return of the NITF Awards. It is a crucial platform where West African businesses connect, expand, and formalize deals.”
