Experts Share Insights on How Acada Arcade Will Transform the Real Estate Industry

Experts in the property space have described Acada Arcade, a luxurious yet affordable shopping complex, as an innovative Shopping Mall that would transform the real estate industry in Nigeria.

They stated this recently at the Marketing Summit organized by the management of Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited the facilitator of the Shopping Mall located in Lagos held in the state recently, adding that investors would get their return on investment. Speaking at the event, Col. Kingsley Umoh (retd), MD/CEO, Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited said the purpose of organizing the marketing summit was to share insights that relate to the development of the real estate industry and to also gather customers and other stakeholders to update them
about the progress of the Acada Arcade project.

He explained that the project is world-class and a joint venture between his company and Post Service Housing Development Limited, he therefore urged Nigerians to invest in it and they have nothing to worry about their investment.

In his words, “I complain a lot about how markets are run in Nigeria, so this is my opportunity to deliver a project to Nigerians that is world-class. What I would say is if you don’t invest in this project you will regret it, invest in Acada Arcade and you have nothing to regret.”

The Keynote Speaker, Adedoyin Segun-Noib, General Manager Operations (Strategy and Performance) at Quomodo Systems Africa, said “I will advise anyone to buy one and also buy for their children. It is a wonderful investment and while the children are still in school they can be getting rent and when they finish school there is an investment waiting for them.

It is a fantastic idea, it is close to the Lagos State University (LASU), the target audiences are there and financial institutions are also going to be in the shopping Mall. I will advise anyone to go for it.”
