Peedeep Arcade Properties Canvasses for More Investors as Experts Highlight Benefits of Owning Properties

Peedeep Arcade Properties has urged subscribers and stakeholders to invest in real estate by referring more people to own a property in the Acada Arcade shopping mall located opposite the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Lagos State.
The call was made during the just concluded 3rd annual stakeholders summit. The company maintains its stand in providing luxury and affordable properties to Nigerians of all classes.
Col. Kingsley Umoh (retd), MD/CEO, Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, while speaking at the event explained the core benefits of owning a part of the property as it’s strategically situated in a school environment that lacks an easily accessible market. He also noted that soon, a railway will be constructed on the path of the property, adding to its commercial worth as that would mean more patronage.
Speaking on the benefits embedded in acquiring a property, the chairman of the occasion, Chief Julius Akogwu, urged subscribers and guests present to own a property in the luxury mall as properties appreciate over time and serve as good investments with returns.
