Crafted by Master Whisky Maker Russell Greig, this exceptional expression was distilled in 2007 and matured over 18 years in bespoke hybrid casks—featuring sherry-seasoned European and American oak, alongside American oak casks previously seasoned with red wine. Bottled at 45.5% ABV, it offers a nuanced palette of polished oak, vanilla bean, and dried fruits, layered with caramel, cocoa, coffee, figs, berries, and a gentle spice.
The presentation echoes the artistry within the bottle. Drawing inspiration from original production artwork housed in the James Bond archives, the collectible packaging celebrates *Diamonds Are Forever*’s legendary legacy while exemplifying The Macallan’s dedication to design excellence and craftsmanship.
