Acada Arcade Shopping Mall Subscribers Receive Allotments, Win Big in Eid and Easter Promo

It was a day of celebration, transparency, and tangible rewards as Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited officially presented provisional allocation documents and physical spaces to subscribers of the Acada Arcade Shopping Mall. The event, held at the project site situated in Lasu Ojo, Lagos State, served as a dual celebration—marking a significant construction milestone and the presentation of prizes to winners of the company’s recent Eid and Easter promotional campaign.

The atmosphere was electric as thirty-five subscribers, who had reached the requisite 70 percent payment threshold, were handed their documents, marking a transition from expectant investors to shop owners. Beyond the property certificates, the air was filled with excitement as the company rewarded its loyal subscribers with high-value home appliances and cash vouchers, ensuring that every attendee left with a smile.

Speaking at the event, Col. Kingsley Umoh (retd), the Managing Director and CEO of Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, emphasized that the public ceremony was a deliberate move to foster trust within the Nigerian real estate sector.

“This is the fourth time we are doing this publicly,” Col. Umoh stated. “It is important to eliminate doubt. Allocation doesn’t necessarily require a ceremony—we could just send it to their email—but we are doing this so people can publicly see individuals being allotted their documents for properties they have invested in. The more we do this, the more it attracts others to see that this project will cross the finish line.” He further noted that the company has now surpassed 200 subscribers who have reached the allocation stage.

Engr. Folarin Aluko-olokun, the Director of Finance for Arcade Properties Limited, highlighted the immense value appreciation the project has witnessed since its inception.

“Some months ago, I told people that this is no longer a prayer point; it is now a testimony,” Engr. Aluko-olokun remarked. “When we started, we were selling at about 550,000 Naira per square meter. Today, those who subscribed are benefiting because it is now valued at about one million Naira per square meter. With the way things are going, in a couple of months, this will be even higher.” He revealed that the project is rapidly expanding, with 20 blocks currently at various stages of completion and another eight blocks expected to “spring from the ground” in the coming months.

The Head of Marketing, Funmi Odetola, elaborated on the company’s investor-friendly policies, explaining the “Open Door” allocation strategy.

“Immediately you hit the threshold of 70 percent, you can come and tell me, ‘I want my shop in Block X,'” Odetola explained to the gathered crowd. “As long as it is still available, we will show you our allocation chart, and you will be allocated there.” She further encouraged investors by noting that the remaining 30 percent balance can be conveniently spread over six months to prevent the process from “stressing” the subscribers. She added that the return on investment (ROI) outlook for 2026 remains strong, estimated between 12% and 18%.

The highlight for many was the Eid and Easter promo prize presentation. The first prize winner, Mr. Xi-Aoming, was rewarded with a 54-inch Smart TV and a N100,000 voucher, while the second prize winners, Mr. and Mrs. Onemena and Mr. and Mrs. Orafu, took home solar air conditioners and N100,000 vouchers. The third-place winner was awarded a chest freezer and a N100,000 voucher.

The generosity did not end with the top three; other subscribers received various home appliances, including rechargeable fans, electric kettles, and other essential items. The management noted that every subscriber involved in the promo won something—an initiative that successfully lifted the atmosphere and reinforced the bond between the developer and its clients.

Acada Arcade, located strategically opposite the university community, is designed to be a vibrant commercial hub. Looking ahead, Col. Umoh hinted at a “forward-thinking” approach for future awards, suggesting that the company plans to purchase future promo gifts directly from its subscribers’ businesses to help market their services.

With about 18 to 20 percent occupancy already confirmed for the available spaces, the event concluded as a resounding affirmation of Peedeep Arcade Properties’ commitment to providing “luxury and affordable properties for all Nigerians, irrespective of their financial status.”
