Pracht Gardens Estate

Buildcon, a real estate firm with global recognition has put in place adequate security technology to address any security issue that may arise within Pracht Gardens Estate in Ikota, Lagos. This measure is aimed at ensuring that lives and property are secured.

Speaking on safety measures already deployed, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Buildcon, Mrs. Bukunola Gadzama, said Pracht Gardens Estate has up-to-the-minute safety technology like closed-circuit television (CCTV) also known as video surveillance technology that transmit signals from one monitor to another within the estate.

This is complemented with a functional electrical fence wire that is powered by 24 hours security electrical power transformer, patrol officers that engage in routine check to curtail misconducts, to ensure protection of subscribers and their properties, as well as maintaining peace within the estate.

‘In this period of insecurity, with increased awareness towards security by the  government and the general public, we thought it wise to install up to date technology that can track any move made within the environment and to ensure that subscribers get the right value for money and are adequately protected,’ Gadzama stated.

Aside maximum security that is guaranteed, the Pracht Garden Estates is built with the state-of-the-art facilities that are required in a dream home. It has a fully paved road; suitable shopping centre; ample parking space; power supply and distribution; street lights; recreational centre for children; and crèche among others.

The estate which is also nearing completion has gotten subscribers excited, as many have expressed delight for having the right value for money. One of them, Mr. Andrew Obioma, affirmed that he is glad for making the right choice of a home with tight security which is something he desires for his family.

‘Protection should be the utmost priority when thinking of the right environment to live, considering the heinous crime perpetrated these days and Pracht Gardens Estate has fully addressed that,’ he said.

Another, Mrs. Anne Adamoh, said ‘l believe l have made the right choice of a home, considering the security measures in place to curb acts of misconduct, and l am also pleased with the serene environment which l also know will make life very comfortable.’

The estate consists of 40 units of four and five bedrooms fully detached duplexes as well as four bedrooms terraces, and sits on 21,000 metres square parcel of land in Ikota, before Victoria Garden City in the Lekki area of Lagos State.
