Consumers Prefer In-Store Shopping for Personal, Health, and Beauty- Report
Consumers prefer browsing in-store for health, beauty, and personal care items, according to a report from Kroger’s intelligence firm 84.51°.
According to the report, price was the most important factor when it came to choosing where to shop for these items, with 72% of respondents marking it as the most important consideration in shopping.
Sixty percent of consumers said that the product meeting their standards was the most important, and 53% of consumers marked convenience as a crucial factor.
Grocery stores were the most common location to shop for these categories, followed by mass retailers, then drug stores, then online.
