Laurel Events to Host Business Forum Focused on Enhancing Corporate Culture

Laurel Events, a leading events management firm, is set to host its much-anticipated Business Forum on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Darlington Hall, Industrial Crescent, Ilupeju, Lagos. The forum will run from 9 AM to 5 PM and will center around the theme, “Corporate Side of Business: The Human Energy.”

Mrs. Arome Stella Ifeoma, CEO of Laurel Events Ltd and President of the Association of Events Vendors Nigeria (ASSEV), expressed enthusiasm about the event, highlighting an impressive lineup of experienced speakers. Notably, the keynote address will be delivered by Mrs. Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, the Founder and Chief Executive of Zapphaire Events.

The forum will feature several prominent presenters, including entrepreneur and business coach Mr. Christopher Omoijiade, Chief Executive of TCOC Global Ltd. He will discuss “Leadership and Business Culture: Operational Excellence.” Additionally, Mr. Korede Olabanji, CEO of Photonimi, will share insights on the “Structure and Management of a Company.”

The event will also host contributions from industry experts, such as Sarah Ibironke Omije, CEO of SarahGold Productions and Events Limited. Other notable speakers include Coach Yemisi Peters of Yemisi Peters Consulting, who will present on “Personal and Mental Health Care: Rejuvenate and Recharge,” and popular comedian Akuidolo Orevoghene, known as Forever, who will address “Thinking Outside the Box: Customer Management and Retention.”

The Laurel Events Business Forum is designed for business entrepreneurs, event managers, event planners, business owners, professionals in the event space, industry experts, and potential partners. Attendees can expect valuable opportunities for networking, skills development, and strategies for business growth.

“Our aim is to train practitioners on how to run a business with structure and process,” Mrs. Arome stated.

A special “Heart 2 Heart” session will feature Oluwafemi Oladokun, CEO of All Cares Events, who will train participants on negotiation skills. Additionally, Tolulope Oluwafemi from Merryheart Catering will provide instruction on Corporate Identity Training.

Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops for an interactive wildcard session led by tech-savvy expert Mosunmola Olagunju, focusing on maximizing productivity through technology.

“The practical session will sharpen the skills of participants,” Mrs. Arome emphasized.
