Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited has presented provisional allocation documents and space to its subscribers of Acada Arcade Shopping Mall situated in Lasu Ojo,  Lagos State at the the Allocation Exercise held recently.

The company at the event restated its commitment to providing luxury and affordability properties for all Nigerians irrespective of their financial status. About 27 subscribers received their documents and were allocated to their space at the Acada Arcade Shopping Mall.

Speaking at the event,  Col. Kingsley Umoh (retd), MD/CEO, Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, disclosed that subscribers who completed at least 70% of payments for their subscribed spaces were issued the provisional allocation documents. He stated that the qualified subscribers can move into their spaces as construction on the first phase has been completed.

He added that the project is world-class and a joint venture between his company and Post Service Housing Development Limited and there is nothing for intending subscribers to worry about as it is secured, strategically located with good parking space, and combines luxury and affordability.

He explained further that the event was met to celebrate the subscribers who believed in them right from the start of the project and assured them and intending subscribers that the shopping mall is 100% secured and will have no issue of thugs, uninterrupted power supply guaranteed,  refuse will be well managed, parking space for customers won’t be an issue and other benefits are there for subscribers.

If you don’t believe you can be a landlord in Lagos that is what we have come to deliver to you. You can own square meters in Lagos and it is yours,” he said.

Reeling out the benefits of the project to Nigerians, the MD of Post Service Housing Development Limited, Maj Gen. JD Omali said “The Acada Arcade is a very novel initiative and is to provide a shopping space where citizens can go and buy their needs,  particularly where it is situated right in front of the Army Post Housing in Ojo. It shortens the distance for people in the estate,  as well as people in the environment, to buy whatever they need.”

Ebere Okafor, a businessman and one of the subscribers who spoke at the event, said he currently has a shop in Alaba market but his customers always find it difficult to access the market including finding a space to park he is confident that won’t be the issue with Acada Arcade Shopping Mall and that is why he brought the property.

“One of the challenges we have in the Alaba market is there is not much parking space. Also,  customers struggle to find their way into and out of the market. However, customers who have been finding it challenging to locate their way to Alaba will find this place accessible.”
