Spice 360 Appoints Biodun Adefila as New MD, Welcomes Rotimi Ade-Onojobi as Creative Director

Spice 360, a leading integrated marketing communications agency in Nigeria, has announced the appointments of Biodun Adefila as Managing Director and Rotimi Ade-Onojobi as Creative Director. These changes, which take immediate effect, mark a significant step in the agency’s pursuit of strategic growth and creative excellence.

In a letter signed by the Board of Directors of the agency, it emphasized that these appointments reflect Spice 360’s commitment to delivering impactful brand solutions and fostering innovation within the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Before joining Spice 360, Adefila was the Chief Operating Officer at SO&U Limited, where she managed transformative campaigns for major brands including Guinness Nigeria, GTBank, Unilever, P&G, and Access Bank. She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and an Advanced Management Programme certification from Lagos Business School.

Adefila has also served on the board of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) and has received several accolades, including Outstanding Advertising Personality of the Year (Marketing Edge, 2020) and recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Marketing Communications (Brand Communicator, 2023).

With over 20 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, Adefila will focus on leading Spice 360’s business strategy and client partnerships.

Rotimi Ade-Onojobi joins Spice 360 with over a decade of experience in creative leadership, having led impactful campaigns for brands such as Heineken, Nestlé, Airtel, ABInBev, and Access Bank. In his previous role as Head of Brand and Design at BOGO Beverages, he successfully launched popular brands like Bottega Italian Sparkling Wine and BOGO Charger Energy Drink. Ade-Onojobi holds a degree in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University and has received advanced creative training from Orange Academy. He is known for his storytelling abilities and innovative campaign execution, and he will oversee the agency’s creative vision across various platforms.

Spice 360, recognized as the 4th most creative agency in Nigeria at the Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF) last year, aims to continue its trajectory of growth and creativity under the new leadership.
