Consumers Experience Summit Sets Date for Second Edition in Lagos

The organisers of the Consumers Experience Summit have revealed that the second edition of this influential event will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2025. The summit will take place at the Lagos State Chambers of Commerce (LCCI).

Presented by Consumers Assembly, a prominent online platform dedicated to consumer advocacy and education, the theme for this year’s summit is: “Consumer Voice: Building the Feedback Loop — Listen, Learn, Innovate.” The event aims to spark meaningful conversations about the critical role of consumer feedback in shaping business strategies, fostering innovation, and creating more responsive market practices.

Godwin Anyebe, Convener of the summit, outlined the event’s format, stating, “We are preparing a focused session featuring a keynote speech from a leading expert in Consumerism. This will serve as the basis for an in-depth discussion among industry leaders and stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive exploration of the theme and actionable insights.”
